Covenant Builders LLC (“Covenant Builders”, “we”) operates this website. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it and what we do with it.
Information you give us
When you submit the contact form we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, email address if you provide one, the property address, the service you are interested in and anything you write in the message field.
We use that information for one purpose, which is to respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to carry out the work. We do not sell it, rent it or share it with anyone for marketing.
How form submissions are handled
The contact form is provided by JobTread, the project management system Covenant Builders runs its jobs through. What you submit goes directly into that system, where it becomes the record of your enquiry and, if you go ahead, of the work itself. Your details are handled according to JobTread’s privacy practices while they are stored there.
Information collected automatically
We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand how the site is used and how quickly pages load. These collect aggregate, privacy-friendly measurements such as page views and performance timings. They do not use cookies to track you across other websites and they do not build an advertising profile.
Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, which may include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If you log in to the administrator area, a single session cookie is used to keep you signed in. That area is for site administrators and is not part of the public site.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of work discussed or performed. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices

Children
This site is intended for adults arranging construction work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Links to other sites
This site links to third-party pages such as our Google Business Profile and Facebook page. Those sites have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for their practices.

If we change how we handle information we will update this page and change the date at the top.
